I keep coming back to the shine on this era's jacquard, though I couldn't tell you exactly why, only that it catches light in a way nothing before it seemed to. A longline bra from these years is stiffer than you'd expect, boned in a way that feels almost architectural, made to be worn under everything else, unseen. Everything gets whatever care it's asking for, quietly, before it makes its way out from Melbourne.
